09/14/2012 – Sold a home in 2014 in Throop, Sennett, NY 13021. We have since moved to Florida but, had the pleasure of having Marian Anderson sell not one, but two of our homes in the Auburn, New York and surrounding area. We made it a point to hire Marian for the sale of our second home due to her expertise in moving the first house. We found Marian to be thorough (always returned our calls and texts in a timely manner), courteous and professional in the rigors and sometimes hectic moments in regards to selling ones’ home. My husband and I also feel fortunate to have met Marian and call her a good friend, in spite of the miles that now separate us, as a result of using her as our realtor.
