Buyer Representation – When representing a buyer, we like to get a good feel of what are buyer is looking for. We also like the buyer to get comfortable with us so we both have a good understanding of what to expect from one another. We encourage our buyers to walk through multiple properties and talk about the pros and cons of each so we can make sure we are targeting the right home for you. This allows you to get a feel of our knowledge of the market, the different layers of a home, and the process of buying a property. We are also very diligent in getting you into a property timely to give you the best opportunity when buying.

Negotiations – Here at The Real Estate Agency, negotiations are the most crucial part of buying and selling a property. There are multiple people involved along with multiple personalities.
